| The twentieth century was one of the darkest and most deadly in all of human history. Vast amounts of blood were spilled and people subjected to the most terrible fear and oppression. Such dictators as Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot and Idi Amin inflicted genocide on millions. Hitler had those whom he regarded as “useless" exterminated in the gas chambers. Hundreds of thousands of people in many Western countries—from Great Britain to Germany, from the USA to Sweden—were compulsorily sterilized or left to die just for being sick, crippled or old. All over the world, people were oppressed and exploited because of ruthless competition. Racism became the ideology of certain states, and some races were not even regarded as human at all. |

THE QUR’AN LEADS THE WAY TO SCIENCE
Scientific observation introduces man to the mysteries of creation, and ultimately, to God’s eternal knowledge, wisdom and power. As stated by Albert Einstein, "science without religion is lame", which is to say, that science, unguided by religion, cannot proceed correctly, but rather, wastes much time in achieving results, and worse, is often inconclusive. Islam is a religion of reason that encourages science. Watch this film to see how the Qur’an leads the way to science by calling on people to reflect upon and examine the signs of creation around them. |

A SUPERSTITIOUS RELIGION IN MODERN TIMES: THE NEW AGE
The 1960s were a turning point for Western societies… The ruinous effects of two world wars, the atom bombs dropped over Japan and a string of events such as the Vietnam War provoked a huge reaction against the established order by American youth.
The situation was no different in European countries. Young people opposed existing orders and became caught up in perverted movements in a flagrant desire to “rebel” or “to attract attention.” Degenerate behavior and perverted beliefs were spread by the day.
Young people claiming to be opposed to war established a movement that would leave its imprint on the 1960s: This was the beginning of the hippy culture.
It seemed that the world was full of young people ready to fill the world with flowers all for the sake of peace. They believed that the way forward was to be natural and free.
In reality their perverse philosophy led them only to degeneration. |

BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE WORLD WARS
The 20th century was the bloodiest age in all of world history. During this era, for the first time, humanity was introduced to the concept of a "world war." Taken together, World Wars I and II resulted in a total of 65 million people losing their lives. About half of these casualties were civilians who had nothing to do with these wars. Children, defenseless women and the elderly alike were massacred cruelly. So, one might ask, how did the world find itself in the midst of such colossal insanity? |
